FAQ

Common customer questions

These answers now come from filesystem-managed content records so operations can revise policy copy without editing templates.

Is the online quote final?

No. The online quote is a draft estimate only and is clearly labeled unsigned, not yet honored, and subject to verification.

Why is there a 1% fee for a signed quote?

The fee covers review, verification, pricing validation, and signed document issuance. If the customer later installs with Waray Solar, the amount may be credited toward the final project.

Can the signed quote be used for financing or government loan applications?

Yes. The signed-quote workflow is designed for financing-ready documentation, but loan approval still depends on the lender or government program.

Is the signed-quote fee refundable?

The fee is generally non-refundable once substantive review or document preparation has started, subject to company discretion and applicable law.

Why does the signed quote still need review after payment?

Payment starts the professional verification process. The team still has to validate assumptions, uploads, pricing, and scope before an official signed quotation is issued.

How long is a signed quote valid?

Each signed quote includes its own validity date because equipment pricing, stock availability, and project conditions can change.
